About ChargeWise Systems

ChargeWise Systems is an independent specialist retailer for power inverters and charging solutions. Since 2019, we’ve helped RVers, boaters, off-grid homeowners, and mobile professionals choose the right equipment for reliable DC-AC power. We focus on a curated catalog of Victron Energy and Cobra inverters, battery chargers, and power conversion gear — because deep knowledge in one category serves our customers better than surface-level knowledge in many.

Who Operates ChargeWise Systems?

ChargeWise Systems is operated by Aurora Commerce Group LLC, a Texas-registered limited liability company. Aurora Commerce Group LLC runs the ChargeWise Systems storefront and is accountable for all commercial activity on this site, including sourcing, inventory, customer service, policy enforcement, and after-sales support. The operating company is also responsible for maintaining accurate product information, handling payments and returns, and ensuring legal and privacy compliance. In short, the people behind every order are the same people who answer your emails and stand behind the products.

Our Category Background

ChargeWise began in 2019 as a small off-grid power consultancy. Our founder spent years designing solar and battery systems for cabins and mobile setups, and it quickly became clear that buyers were overwhelmed by conflicting specifications and vague marketing claims. So we moved into retail to offer the same technical guidance directly to buyers. That hands-on heritage still shapes how we work: every product we carry has to make sense in real installations, and every order should arrive with the confidence that you bought the right unit.

Team Expertise and Product Selection

Our team includes electrical engineers and certified renewable energy installers. We specialize in DC-AC inverters, battery chargers, and related power conversion gear, and we maintain deep technical knowledge of the two specialist brands we carry: Victron Energy and Cobra. When we select products, we consider real-world performance, build quality, safety certifications, and long-term reliability. We compare units across our catalog, test key models, and only list items we are confident will meet our customers’ needs.

Why Price Stays Fair

We are an independent multi-brand retailer with no exclusive franchise ties, so we are free to select the best product for each application. Our revenue comes from product margins and occasional brand-funded campaigns, never from hidden fees or inflated shipping charges. We purchase from authorized North American distributors and leverage quantity discounts on fast-moving models. For slower-moving variants, we keep inventory lean, which lowers storage costs and lets us price core products more aggressively. Our small specialist team and low overhead compared to big-box retailers mean lower per-order costs, and a streamlined digital storefront with direct customer contact keeps marketing and administrative expenses down.

Promotions are funded from our regular operating margin, not from supplier incentives that could bias our brand recommendations. That means discounts reflect genuine savings on products we would carry anyway. When you see a different price on a particular model, it’s often due to manufacturer pricing, included features, warranty terms, or supply conditions. Occasional price changes on the same item follow distributor cost movements or short-term campaign funding. A lower price never means lower quality handling: every product, whether full price or discounted, goes through the same intake inspection, authenticity verification, and packaging care.

Our Authenticity Commitment

We guarantee every inverter is authentic and carries the manufacturer’s original warranty. If any product turns out to be not genuine, we replace it and cover return shipping cost. To ensure authenticity, all stock is sourced from authorized distribution channels we vet and monitor. Before listing, we verify part numbers, specifications, and package contents against manufacturer reference data. We also check images and descriptions to prevent misleading errors. At our warehouse, each unit is visually inspected for packaging damage and tampering. For high-value inverters, we additionally run a functional bench test before dispatch.

How We Handle Every Order

When your order arrives, check the outer box for damage, then inspect the unit and accessories against the packing list. If anything seems wrong, take clear photos and contact us before installation. We handle every authenticity or quality claim seriously. Our review process starts with verifying the purchase and claim details in our system. Our quality team reviews photos and, when needed, requests a return for physical inspection. We issue a resolution within the promised timeline, and after resolution, we follow up to confirm your satisfaction.

For authenticity concerns, we ask for the order number, product serial number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a written description of the issue. If authenticity cannot be confirmed, you can choose a full refund or a replacement of the same model from current stock, plus a $50 account credit for the inconvenience. If a product is confirmed defective, we provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement, ensuring the issue is completely closed.

Catalog and Support

Our catalog includes over 500 power inverters, battery monitors, solar charge controllers, and related accessories. We carry both Victron Energy and Cobra because they represent different needs: Victron for advanced, Bluetooth-enabled systems and Cobra for reliable plug-and-play installations. This range lets us offer honest guidance on whether you need a battery monitor with a display or a Bluetooth model, or whether a pure sine inverter is worth the extra cost.

We also want every purchase to be risk-free. Orders over $45 ship free, standard shipping is a flat $8, and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Support is available by email at support@chargewise.shop. We answer with clear, practical advice — the same advice we’d give a client in a professional power design.

Our Promise

ChargeWise Systems exists to make power conversion purchases simpler and safer. We combine engineer-level expertise with honest retail practices, and we stand behind every unit we sell. Whether you’re upgrading a battery monitor or building your first solar system, we want you to feel confident in your gear — and in the team that helped you choose it.
