3. Our Business and Product Catalog

ChargeWise Systems is an independent multi-brand specialist retailer focused on power inverters and charging solutions. We curate and sell products from two premium brands: Victron Energy and Cobra. Our catalog includes 527 products carefully selected and verified by our team.

We are an independent retailer with no exclusive franchise ties. This independence allows us to select the best products for each use case from multiple brands, rather than being limited to a single manufacturer's lineup. We rely on product margins and occasional brand-funded campaigns for revenue, never on hidden fees or inflated shipping charges.

4. Catalog Information and Accuracy

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, part numbers, images, and pricing on our site are accurate and current. Before listing any product, we verify part numbers, specifications, and package contents against manufacturer reference data, and we check images and descriptions to prevent misleading errors.

However, we cannot guarantee that all information on the site is always error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—including after an order has been placed—and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you and offer the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Pricing and Promotions

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars (USD) and may include applicable taxes as required by law. Prices vary across brands and models due to manufacturer pricing, included features, warranty terms, and supply conditions. Occasional price changes on the same item follow distributor cost movements or short-term campaign funding.

We are committed to honest, transparent pricing. Promotions are funded from our regular operating margin, not from supplier incentives that could bias our brand recommendations. This means discounts reflect genuine savings on products we would carry anyway. Our operating model keeps costs low—we purchase from authorized North American distributors, leverage quantity discounts on fast-moving models, keep inventory lean for slow-moving variants, and maintain a small specialist team with low overhead compared to big-box retailers. These efficiencies translate into lower per-order costs, and we pass those savings to you.

A lower price never means lower quality handling. Every product, whether full price or discounted, goes through the same intake inspection, authenticity verification, and packaging care.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or our inability to verify payment information.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance. We accept your order when the items are shipped or when you receive a shipping confirmation email. All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability.

We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same payment method, or the same billing or shipping address.

7. Payment Terms

We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order. All charges will be processed in US dollars.

Your payment method may be subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer or payment provider. If your payment method is declined, we will notify you and may suspend processing of your order until payment is successfully completed. We will not be liable for any delay caused by payment authorization failures.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

• Free shipping: on all orders over $45.00

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout; actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processes, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed of any significant delays we are aware of.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order for any visible damage when it arrives.

9. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@chargewise.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Returned items should be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included components.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The exact timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your financial institution.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item shipped or a defective product.

10. Warranty

All products we sell carry the manufacturer's original warranty. Warranty terms and coverage vary by brand and product model. Specific warranty details for each product are provided in the product information on our site and in the documentation included with your purchase.

We guarantee every inverter we sell is authentic and carries the manufacturer's original warranty. If any product turns out to be not genuine, we replace it and cover return shipping costs, as described in Section 11 below.

For warranty claims, please contact our support team first. Our specialist team can provide initial troubleshooting guidance and, if a defect is confirmed, help you process the warranty claim with the manufacturer. We act as your advocate in the warranty process, ensuring the claim is handled correctly and resolved to your satisfaction.

11. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We stand behind every product we sell. All stock is sourced from authorized distribution channels we vet and monitor. Every unit carries a valid manufacturer warranty and full traceability.

Our Quality Controls

At our warehouse, each unit is visually inspected for packaging damage and tampering. For high-value inverters, we additionally run a functional bench test before dispatch. This applies to every product, regardless of price or promotion status.

Your Inspection on Arrival

When your order arrives, check the outer box for damage, then inspect the unit and accessories against the packing list. If anything seems wrong, take clear photos and contact us at support@chargewise.shop before installation.

How to Raise a Claim

If you believe a product is defective or inauthentic, please contact us with the following information:

• Order number
• Product serial number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A written description of the concern

Our Review Process

Once you submit a claim, we follow a clear review process:

• We verify the purchase and claim details in our system.
• Our quality team reviews photos and, when needed, requests a return for physical inspection.
• We issue a resolution within the promised timeline.
• After resolution, we follow up to confirm your satisfaction.

Resolution Commitment

We handle every authenticity or quality claim seriously. If a product is confirmed defective or inauthentic, we provide a prepaid return label, ship a replacement, and confirm the issue is completely closed.

Authenticity Remedy: If authenticity cannot be confirmed, you may choose a full refund or a replacement of the same model from current stock, plus a $50 account credit for the inconvenience. We will cover return shipping costs in such cases.

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the site, is the property of Aurora Commerce Group LLC, our suppliers, or their respective owners, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our express written permission, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

13. Acceptable Use

In using our site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site, including attempting to breach security measures
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

We strive to keep our site available 24/7, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may temporarily suspend access to the site for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

The site and all products, services, and information provided through the site are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our products will meet your specific requirements or that any errors in the site will be corrected.

We strongly recommend that electrical equipment, including power inverters, be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with all applicable codes and manufacturer instructions. We are not responsible for improper installation or use of our products.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Commerce Group LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, any products purchased through the site, or these terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or any products purchased through the site shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the products that are the subject of the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory statutory protections, your rights as a consumer are not limited by these terms to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from these terms.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or any products purchased through the site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You agree to waive any objection to such jurisdiction, including any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
